Charlie has been active in the industry for 21 years and offers an extensive construction management background. Prior to forming South Creek, Charlie began his career in multifamily housing as a Superintendent for John Kavanagh Homes. After several years in the field, Charlie went to work for Weavercooke Construction as a Project Engineer and then Project Manager leading up to his role as Vice President of Weaver-Kirkland Development. He has originated over 1,800 units throughout Georgia and the Carolinas and utilizes his knowledge of affordable financing structures combined with his construction background to ensure successful developments. Charlie resides in Summerfield, NC with his wife, Kelly, and their three daughters.

With a professional tenure exceeding two decades, Andy's proficiency in real estate acquisition and financing is underscored by his robust experience, a substantial portion of which spans over 12 years in the specialized realm of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry. Drawing upon his comprehensive background in real estate development and an intricate understanding of diverse affordable financing structures, he assumes a pivotal role in ensuring the triumph of a myriad of development projects. Andy's academic prowess is anchored by a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, wherein he concentrated on Real Estate Finance, a distinction earned from the esteemed Clemson University.
